The system is designed to comply with Apple's "Made for iPod" and "Works with iPhone"standards, and comes with a matching black and silver iPod dock that charges the iPod or iPhone while docked.
The standard remote control can also control your iPod or iPhone, and iPod track names are shown on the Sirocco 150's display.
In addition, Pure's Sirocco 150 enables playback of MP3/WMA files from portable USB flash memory drives, SD memory cards and CDs.
Power output is a claimed 2 x 25W RMS, and other features include a sleep timer and alarm, a stereo headphone jack, plus a 3.5mm input on the front for connecting other portable devices.
Pure says the speakers, with 4in mid-bass drivers and 1.5in tweeters, have custom tuned crossovers for "crisp treble, clear mid-tones and rich bass".
