The Surge headphones and Amphibx armbands are guaranteed to keep your iPod, iPhone or MP3 player nice and dry up to a depth of 3.6 metres.
They've been developed in comjunction with top athletes Laird Hamilton and Natalie Coughlin, who were part of the USA swimming team at this summer's Beijing Olympics.
The Amphibx armband's shape and materials have been chosen to comfortably grip your arm while you're dropping in, cutting it back or wiping out. The locking system provides a water-tight seal, and the clear touch window enables full operation of the iPod Touch/iPhone and iPod click-wheel control.
Designed to fit iPods, iPhones and other MP3 players
There are two sizes: medium fits an iPod nano or other smaller MP3 players (see picture), while the large one fits an iPhone, Touch or iPod Classic.
To complement the armband, H2O also makes its waterproof Surge headphones with five different-size earpieces. The sound-isolating earplugs have 8mm waterproof neodymium drivers and come with a gold-plated 3.5mm jack.
For serious swimmers, H2O Audio offers the iSH2 headset – a waterproof headphone that includes an integrated waterproof case for the iPod Shuffle. The iSH2 headset attaches easily to a pair of goggles.
H2O Surge headphones cost £49.95, the Amphibx medium case is £54.95, the large case £64.95 and the iSH2 Shuffle is £59.95. All are available from Harrods, The King's Road Sporting Club or online at www.h2oaudio.co.uk (the website goes live mid-October).
