Can't afford the LG C4? The C3 is still an awesome TV – and at its lowest-ever price for Cyber Monday

LG OLEDs have been some of the most respected TVs in the game for a long time, and the new C4 is no different, having won two What Hi-Fi? Awards and even more five-star reviews across its sizes. But it costs – the 65-inch model is $1497 at Amazon, which is great value but understandably not within everyone's budget.

If your budget is closer to the $1000 mark but you still want that big screen and premium OLED technology, last year's version, the C3, is still a great TV and a more palatable $1197 at Amazon for Cyber Monday. That's the lowest we've ever seen it drop to.

Sure this year's C4 is the better TV, but it's also pricier. If you can't stretch to it, the C3 OLED is a great option. It offers better picture quality than the majority of OLEDs alongside excellent gaming specs and a user-friendly interface. The only major downside was its premium price, which isn't such a big deal now that it's discounted by this much.

In our C3 review, we complimented its authentic picture quality, unbeatable gaming specs and user-friendly UI. If you're in the market for a premium 65-inch OLED TV but can't afford the $1500 LG C4 or $1700 Sony Bravia 8, today's class leaders,

LG OLEDs have, over the years, become synonymous with quality and performance, and almost none more so than LG's C-Series of TVs. The C2 from 2022 was already a fantastic set, and the C3 took that performance a step further, before the C4 also progressed the line. With this 65-inch C3, you're getting just about everything you could want and wish for at this price.

LG's C3 OLED TV gets you a robust HDR implementation that includes HLG, HDR10, and Dolby Vision; four HDMI 2.1 ports as well as eARC support; and a bevvy of picture-enhancing tech enabled by the C3's Alpha 9 Gen 6 processor.

For gamers, the C3 is world-class. You're getting 4K/120Hz support, VRR, ALLM, and Dolby Vision game mode, too. What's more is that the C3 offers up some extraordinary latency, coming in at under 10ms. This makes the C3 the perfect companion for a next-gen console like a PS5 or a Series X.

Our only real reservation about the C3 when our TV editors reviewed it was its price – you could, at the time, buy the C2 considerably cheaper, but that's not the case anymore. With this discount, the 65-inch C3 for $1197 is a great buy.
