Will I have to go and buy a copy of the July issue or will it be popping through my letter box soon?

 I would expect given that the subs copies went out last weekend and the offer says to allow 35 days for your first issue that the first one you get will be the August one.

If you don`t mind me crashing in here...

...I`ve got a subscription query. Why am I still waiting for my free HDMI cable after so many months? Every time I phone up (must be near to spending as much on phone bill as cable costs, even though it`s worth over £80) I get a different story from a different person and I really am on the verge of giving up!  The mags great but I am more than less than impressed with subscription team. Have I just been unlucky?

Just out of curiosity, did you ever get your cable?

I'm having the exact same problem and can't seem to get a straightforward answer from anyone.

I'm on the verge of giving up myself.

I understand your frustration - we have passed this to our subs people and they should be sorting it. Clare isn't around today but I know she's been leaning on them heavily and making threatening noises.

The last email I had from your subs people suggested they were waiting on a reply from the publishers re the avilability of the free gift.

I appear to be going round in circles.
