Hi

I took out the subscription as advertised in the April 08 issue.

My confirmation email is dated 17-3-08 and money was taken from my account on the 14-4-08.

I phoned the subscription line a couple of weeks ago and was told I would receive the headphones by the 20-5-08, I am still waiting and to be honest I am very disappionted, I really should not have to keep chasing this up.

Could somebody please look into this for me.

Sorry to hear that - it certainly shouldn't be the case. Please email me with your details (here) and i'll get our subscriptions dept onto it ASAP.

Well I've still not heard anything

 I emailed 'haymarketsubs@qss-uk.com' on the 5th and 12th of June and the whathifo@haymarker.co.uk email address yesterday asking for someone to look into this for me - as yet no response from anyone in over 2 weeks. Not the best customer service I have had, shame as the magazine is a good read. Another few days and I'll be getting a refund I think.

Seems the only way to get things moving is to post on the forum, you may get yours now mine turned up yesterday.

TBH I would not hold your breath the headphones are not that good, how they picked up 5 stars is beyond me I will be going back to my CX300's.
