SUPERFI SERVICE

anyone had a good or bad experience with Superfi

a tad worried as they seem to contradict themselves and do not answer emails. just googled them and its a mixed bag when it comes to service/delivery etc. hoping my order goes smoothly.

cheers

Not sure what you mean by 'just googled them'. Have you tried the old-fashioned telephone? Smile

Hi, Personally I have used them may times with no issues. I have never had to contact them though so could not say about this aspect of the site.

Well, a few weeks ago, after ringing around and then going into the Richer Sounds in Leicester - ' Sorry mate, there's not a 606 anywhere in the country' I walked into the SuperFi Coventry branch and they had 2 being placed on the counter by the delivery chap Yes.

Had to wait a couple of minutes while they booked them in, and then I bought one Big Smile

Not had to call them for any other reason yet tho, but I'll give them the benefit for now

Re: SUPERFI SERVICE

Yeah, I second that, have used them a number of times without any fuss. Always very helpful. Here in Brum they are about 1 mins walk from Richer Sounds and I have found that they are just as competitive on price and in some cases cheaper.

Re: SUPERFI SERVICE

Ordered my Onkyo 875 from them for £699.95. They said it would take a week for delivery. Got a phone call a week later and collected next day. Great service.

Re: SUPERFI SERVICE

I've bought a fair bit of kit from them over the past few months, and they've been very helpful. Prices generally compare favourably with Richer Sounds, and I don't know about all the branches, but my local one will happily demo equipment, which is something my local RS can't really do (no space). That seals the deal for me.

Re: SUPERFI SERVICE

bought onkyo amp and kef speakers from coventry branch last year to go with samsung 37". two lads that served me were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. went back two months later only to find the lads gone and replaced by other beings. horrendous service. it's now a discount store and the service is worse. havn't bought anything else. still looking for a decent pvr at a decent price.
