Banana Plugs... Worth it?

Chaps,

I'm over the moon with my new Mordaunt-Short 902i's but I'd like to know if it's worth me investing in a set of Banana Plugs or is it Audiophile hype...?

Cheers...

P.S. They're currently cabeled up with QED Silver Anniversary...

They make plugging/unplugging easier, that's about it.

Re: Banana Plugs... Worth it?

I like banana fritters too but far as I can see and from answers I got to the same question, plugs are more for convenience than anything else. I have one set where I've got my centre channel biwired and couldnt get two lots of cable into one set of binding posts but the rest are just stripped and connected to the posts.
I cant believe they just upgraded that, I only bought it last week.
