"It commands your attention"

I was just wondering who out of the What Hi-Fi reviewers coined this phrase? I've seen it in quite a few of your reviews, and it never fails to make me raise a smile. I liken it to some of the commentary I watch on the footy:

"Take a bow, son!" - Andy Gray
"...a bit of Turkish delight there!" - numerous matches involving Turkey

But no, 'commands attention' not one of mine. Give me an example of a recent usage, Andy G, and i'll name the commander!
