I placed an order earlier this week www.mangovision.co.uk and heard nothing. Just tried to call them and the line is disconnected. BT confirm they disconnected their phone today.

Assuming you paid with the old flexible friend, I think I'd alert your credit card company that the company may have gone 'phut' PDQ.
