Re: "It commands your attention"

In true psychic style, I shall make several vague pronouncements, one of which is bound to be later seized on as prophetic....

Cheaper PS3

Slimmer PS3

PS3 with larger hard-drive

PS3 TV functionality upgrade

PS3 audio upgrade

I should, of course, under the new Trading Standards guidelines, point out that any psychic services are for entertainment purposes only Wink

It's not too bad - it's only his gold top.

"Extra yoghurt today, my good man. And some of that salted butter."

Ooooo, a wicket. And have just seen Sir Trevor in the crowd - shouldn't he be at work?

Ooh, ooh, cheaper, slimmer or audo upgrade would be good.

Is this prediction related to this secret at all?

[snip]....One last thing. Sony dropped off another piece of kit that we're sure you'll be interested in. But can you guess what it is? We'll be divulging top-secret information on this product on August 1st. So, be sure to check the website for another What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision exclusive.

Don't be daft, PJP - that would involve different divisions of Sony UK talking to each other, and hell is more likely to freeze over...

Not me – I would've said 'demands...'

so would you be the author of the Krell FBI review on pg 81 of the new issue as its uses that phrase :-)... bet you used it to see if we would notice!
Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity.

Think that one's down to the subs - I would have said 'it grabs your attention' in that context
