I'm a regular subscriber but first time on the forums.....
I have just invested in a new tv (Pana TX32LZD85 - £649 JL!!) - a big step from the old 21" CRT (Square).
I plan to wire up both my Pana EX77 DVD/HDD recorder and my PS3 but both have optical outputs and the Aego (which I love still) only has one.
I was wondering what the options are? Using a splitter to take two outputs into the one input or a convertor to make one a coax instead or should I consider an upgrade? I love the satellites - they fit the room and sound superb and I was wondering whether there was a way to buy a new receiver and use it with them? Would I need to replace the sub, that's where the Aego did it's amplification, or can it be switched to play second figure to a receiver?
