I contacted Goodmans on the site, they say they have no such promotion?

Andy Clough December 6, 2007 19:03

The promotion won't be online until next Monday (Dec 10), but we have an official press release from Goodmans confirming that it will go ahead.

gemboy186 December 10, 2007 10:07

No sign of this offer as yet on the website!

BreatheEasy December 10, 2007 10:08

If you've just read this you're too late! In the time it took to see the offer appear aty 10:00 and click "add to basket" all the half-price recorders went.....

Peter3110 December 10, 2007 10:32

Well I was on the Goodmans site at 10:00 and I didn't see it.

BreatheEasy December 10, 2007 15:25

Peter3110 - they offer looked like it took about 1 second to sell out - 50 sadder people than me must have been refreshing the page every millisecond. Like I say, I noticed the page had changed myself and it was sold out by the time I clicked to buy. If you weren't refreshing the page every second you probably would have missed the whole offer!!!

Its 9.20 am on the 11th December and I have just managed to order one of these machines for delivery later in the week.

Hurrah - one less Xmas pressie to get.

Get on there quick would be my advice!

I was there at 10 hitting refresh like I was playing Athletics on the C64. It took 20 minutes for the website to decide it was going to play ball with my order. Should be turning up today. Big thanks for the heads up. I owe you a beer.
