The Toshiba SD-390E is certainly cheap and very cheerful. It has all the necessary functionality and delivers good pictures and sound
Don’t be put off by the budget price tag – it just makes this DVD player even more of a bargain
This is a good recorder but there's some great competition about, meaning this Toshiba doesn't do enough to be considered an all-star all-rounder
It's not HD but it's still one of the most accomplished DVD players we've seen
