You must be looking at the wrong player! Purchased the Onkyo on your reccomendation and found that any pan left to right/right to left had a horrible drag effect, which on close inspection looked like it was leaving a chunk of the picture behind! Upscaling alone was very good I admit, but on my 50 inch Panasonic plasma, the drag effect ruined my viewing entirely. Possibly the player can't handle the larger screen tv's? One for the tech bods methinks. Exchanged it for a Sony DVPNS718 which on performance was awesome, across the board. Now thats a reccomendation!
