IsoTek Sirius
The Sirius is great in parts, but not good enough to earn an unreserved recommendation

We gave the Sirius The Beatles' Girl - a dry, spacious production with crisp vocals, moderate bass, and clear, well-balanced instrumentation - as a test.
Running a range of equipment, including complete systems, through the block, we noticed a consistent improvement in bass weight and treble refinement.
The sense of space between instruments improves and there's a slight increase in detail resolution.
Where this Isotek falls down though, is the way it stilts timing and zaps some of the life from music. The overall effect is subtle, but it's enough for us to have doubts about the recommending the Sirius unreservedly.
For £250 it needs to make a wholly positive difference to any appropriately priced system, and that's something this product doesn't do.
