Avoid this if you have difficulty putting together flat-pack furniture. Confusing instructions and poorly identified bits make this rack a nightmare to assemble. But, once you’re finished, this TV rack is well finished and sturdy.

It can hold just about any flatscreen on its pivoted stand, and the shelf spacing is big enough to cope with all but the bulkiest AV kit. Sadly, though, it makes your kit sound cluttered, confused and edgy.
